API Endpoints for Query (POST, GET)

Users would like an API endpoint that allows us to POST to an endpoint to create a query in a specific project.
This would allow users to generate a query and pass additional parameters:

Project ID
Focus Keyword
Search Engine ID
Language ID
Additional URLs
Additional Keywords
Assign To
Expected Delivery

This would return the ID / URL of the Query item.
This URL can then be stored in project management software and supplied to the writers to complete their work.

Users would like an API endpoint that allows us to GET a list of queries from an endpoint.
