Content brief for writers

hidden πŸ‘ Gathering votes

It would be nice, and perhaps easy since everything exists on the platform, if we could create a content briefing to send to our writers or clients. It should contain in summary

  • The proposed headline (h1)
  • The headers or structure (H2/H3).
  • The terms to be included, as well as the extended terms.
  • Some questions/questions to include
And then separated perhaps further down...
  • Writer's name
  • A field for notes about the article and the goal to be achieved.Β
  • And the due date and nothing else, all on an A4 page, or much better, a ready-to-send pdf.

It should be no different than how the draft works now, actually. The only thing to develop would be a button to convert what we have in the editor into a pdf, or a code to embed in a third party app, or a link ready to send and then view in NW.

What do you think?

If this takes a long time to implement then I recommend allowing users to attach an external content brief for each query (analyses) in the project folder for the writer to use as context for writing the articles. Currently, we have to send them an external link or attachment to the content briefs.
