Create Writing points under the outlines like Scalenut

The building of the draft would be: Title / outlines / writing points / keywords.
Writing points act like a mini-brief for a paragraph. It breaks down the subject and show the AI what where we want to go.
This could be beneficial for Neuron as well as the writers, as the AI would be more accurate, and the result would be great from the first shot. Ideally, it would be to be able to associate directly some keywords to writing points.
