Query difficulty score and long trail keywords

Hello,

There is a problem with the query difficulty rating with long trail keywords.

For example, for this keyword : "cout creation site internet" (French) I get a difficulty of "2".
But at the same time, the competitors analysis for this querry show me that the first 10 results have a content score between 32 and 54, a high authority, a high page rank etc...
So, how is it possible to have a difficulty score of 2 ?

Now if I change my keyword for "prix site internet", I get the same competitors analysis (same first 10 results) but this time the difficulty score is 60. I am sure it's still too low but closer to reality than "2".
