Recognize H3 titles and not just H2. I have to change my H3 titles for NW to see the keyword is already used in the title as a recommendation word.

I agree, H3 titles are great for sub-questions in an FAQ, but NW doesn't pick up on the keyword usage when they're used. This is much needed!

Agree, H3 are important too. they must be included, we cannot consider sub topics of H2 to be the same.
