Refreshing content term highlights breaks inserted images (Optimization Editor)

After inserting an image (ex.: image URL) via the "Add Image" editor toolbar function, if the "refresh content terms highlights" icon is clicked the image is no appears in the editor. It seems to "break" the image insertion.
