SERP checker

So something that I have noticed and am not sure who can back me up is that when I use to use Jasper, they would give you a list of the top SERP's. However, many of the results had a high (DA), which as we all know, its like David and Goliath. I would request a SERP's result that has a low (DA) but still ranks in the first page of google.

Example is DA of 8-30 with and is still on the first page.

I am making the assumption that this will help increase the value of the tool and help lots of new clients and existing customers to get more traffic to their content.
